Subscriber and device management for ISPs and residential buildings. We drive MikroTik RouterOS directly over its REST API — no external RADIUS server — enabling, disabling and rate-limiting service automatically from contract and payment status.
At the core sits a reconciler: a control loop that continuously compares desired state on the server against actual state on the device. When it finds drift — a manual change by a technician, a power event, a reboot that lost config — it restores the correct value and alerts the team.

When entitlement ends, active sessions are terminated immediately rather than left running until the next reconnect.

An AI assistant
that closes the loop
Ordinary chatbots answer only what someone scripted in advance. Ours connects to the live database and is authorised to call back-end systems, so a customer can finish the whole task in one conversation without staff involvement.
It is designed to stop responding immediately once a human agent enters that thread, so the customer never hears two voices at once.

03 — PRIVATE AI INFRASTRUCTURE
AI in-house,
data stays in-house
Many organisations want AI but cannot send customer records, contracts or source code to a public cloud. We deploy language models on your own hardware (NVIDIA DGX Spark) and escalate to the cloud only for work the local model judges itself insufficiently confident to handle.
The side benefit matters as much: predictable cost — you pay for the machine once instead of paying per word every month.

04 — COMPLIANCE & DATA PLATFORM
Regulation that
takes care of itself
Section 26 of Thailand's Computer Crime Act (No. 2), B.E. 2560 (2017) requires service providers — including buildings supplying internet or WiFi to residents — to retain computer traffic data for at least 90 days (extendable to two years on official order) and to be able to identify the individual user.
Maximum fine ฿500,000. And when an incident occurs and the responsible user cannot be identified, the burden falls on the property owner.
